Closing Reception Beauty in Unexpected Places by Bill Woody
Bill Woody created Beauty in Unexpected Places, which features three bodies of work created over decades: The Prairie Road Project, The Zimmerman Road Project, and Rio Grande (Ohio).
Each series explores abandoned places and the stories they hold, where memory, presence, and contradiction come together. From forgotten farmhouses to weathered landscapes, and from portraits in unexpected spaces to quiet records of places left behind, Bill’s photographs invite us to see how beauty survives in the overlooked.
