A night FOR the Museum
There are two ways to participate in our Heritage Village Museum gala event this year!
In Person Gala
The in person gala will take place on May 21, 2022 from 7 to 10 p.m. at Mill Race Banquet Center located at 1515 W. Sharon Road Cincinnati, OH 45240.
Enjoy a 1940’s themed enchanted evening complete with music, dancing, a silent auction, raffles, and more! Josef Otmar will be the emcee. Learn to swing dance, then dance the night away to music played by the Matt Tolentino Trio. Indulge in hors d’oeuvres, desserts, and beverages. Win some silent auction and raffle prizes. Meet Eleanor Roosevelt portrayed by Jessica Michna. Proceeds from this fundraiser benefit Heritage Village Museum.
The virtual auction can be accessed prior to and during the in person gala event from a mobile phone or other electronic device. If you purchase tickets you will be automatically registered to participate in the online auction. If you purchase tickets for additional people, they will need to register to participate in the auction.
Tickets are $40 per person for the in person gala and they must be reserved by May 13 at 4 p.m. For reservations, call 513-563-9484.
Virtual Auction and Video Program
Bid on auction items and watch a video program from the comfort of your own home!
Bidding will begin: May 14 at noon
Bidding will close: May 21 at 9:30 p.m.
Enjoy a virtual video presentation on May 21 beginning at 8:00 p.m. Donations are encouraged for viewing the video. The video will be hosted by Sharonville Mayor, Kevin Hardman. It will include a talk on the Chester Park Train Station by our Executive Director, Steve Preston, a glimpse into 1940’s local railroad history by Former President of the Cincinnati Railroad Club, Father Dale, a peek at Cincinnati in the 1940’s by author and Cincinnati Enquirer Columnist, Jeff Suess, and a first-person presentation of Eleanor Roosevelt by historical characters impressionist, Jessica Michna.
