Show House at The Delco Lofts 2017
The Delco Lofts, adjacent to the Dayton Dragons Fifth Third Field, will be the site of an amazing transformation during the Dayton Philharmonic Volunteer Association's Designers' Show House. Charles “Boss” Kettering’s original Delco factory has been converted into luxury loft-style apartments, and the fifth floor has been transformed by many of the area’s leading decorators and interior designers for the 2017 Show House.
