City of West Carrollton Parks and Recreation - From December 1–15, children are invited to drop their letters to Santa in his special mailbox located in the Civic Center lobby. To receive a reply from Santa, please include a stamped, self-addressed envelope with your letter. This helps Santa send a message back straight from the North Pole! Don’t miss this magical opportunity to share your Christmas wishes. Santa can’t wait to hear from you!
