Bring Back the Funk

Bring Back the Funk!!! 2017

Our first annual Roosevelt Neighborhood Festival called “Bring Back the Funk!!! 2017: Community Development through Art, Music, and Culture. We, the organizers of the Roosevelt Neighborhood Collaborative, believe in the promotion of grassroots activities right here within the community in which we live.  We believe that by garnering the civic engagement of Dayton area residents  while creating  positive projects and opportunities throughout the year,  that these actions will assist us in bringing back a sense of community.  Community seated musical projects such “Bring Back the Funk”   is just one of many projects that we envision that will be beneficial in helping us to make our communities safe and productive.  (Food and merchadise vendors will be present) Bring your chairs/blankets.
