SWING MUSIC ~ FOOD ~ CASH BAR ~ OPEN AIRCRAFT
Special, adult-only, 21+ event featuring a wood dance floor open to all ability levels
Get ready to swing back in time! Join us for an adults-only night of fun, food, and of course, swing dancing! Tales of love and war featuring artifacts from the collection, normally not on display, will highlight love stories, fashion, and rationing, during the WWII era, including a beautiful wedding dress made from parachute material.
The doors will open at 5:30 p.m. for a night of dancing on a wooden dance floor with the Ohio Ballroom dancers. There will also be trivia with prizes, a signature drink, food, and a cash bar. For those looking for a break from dancing, there will also be video games and games of skill available. Mingle with WWII re-enactors, or grab a drink and tour the galleries. You'll have the opportunity for an up-close-and-personal view inside a number of open aircraft including the B-36.
Don't miss this one-of-a-kind event that combines the nostalgia of swing dancing with the history of the United States Air Force.
