Launching this summer, Hotel Versailles will kick off its inaugural AmuseBUS roundtrip experience for local Dayton residents who make a dinner reservation at Silas Creative Kitchen + Cocktails. Every Thursday from June 22 – August 31, arrive to dinner in style inside a luxury Mercedes-Benz Executive Shuttle to enjoy pre-dinner welcome drinks of their housemade wine and spirits, soothing sounds, and incredible scents reminiscent of Hotel Versailles. Departing from the Dayton Art Institute, experience the newest exhibits and attractions located inside the museum at $10-off general admission for pre-dinner entertainment. 

Silas Creative + Cocktails brings an elevated dining experience to Versailles, Ohio. Chef Aaron Allen has returned home to his Ohio roots to open Silas Creative Kitchen + Cocktails which serves an impeccably sourced selection of farm-to-table fare from its very own 85-acre farm only minutes away from the property – following the zero-kilometer dining trend that is sweeping the US. The type of fare you can expect is farm-fueled dishes with unparalleled taste in artful presentation. The signature cocktails from the lively bar and lounge offer an extraordinary take on some traditional favorites; expertly crafted by their in-house mixologists who are both knowledgeable and personable while introducing new, innovative recipes that highlight the local distilleries and honors their heritage. 

Silas guests will depart from Dayton Art Institute at 6:30pm, arriving at 7:15pm for their reservation. The AmuseBUS will transport guests back to Dayton at 10:30pm.
