Local Organizations Mobilize Ahead of Final Four to Prevent Human Trafficking in Dayton SOAP Event
With hundreds of thousands of visitors expected in Dayton for the Final Four, SOAP is aiming to keep out city safe.
Join a collaboration of local organizations, coming together to fight human trafficking and locate missing youth. Human trafficking is a nationwide crisis, impacting all 50 states and reaching into urban, suburban, and rural communities across every demographic and income bracket.
On March 7th, the University of Dayton will host the SOAP (Save Our Adolescents from Prostitution) Anti-Human Trafficking Event The SOAP event includes human trafficking prevention training, essential resources, and information to raise awareness on the topic of sex trafficking, and community outreach.
Volunteers will visit local hotels and motels around the Dayton area to deliver bars of soap and makeup remover wipes labeled with the National Human Trafficking Hotline number and resources for trafficked individuals.

We invite the community to join us for this impactful event as we strive to make a difference in the fight against human trafficking. Registration for this event is available now. We encourage everyone to become a part of a movement that can change lives.
Volunteers will meet at Keller Hall on the Campus of the University of Dayton. An email will be sent the week before the event with a map and parking instructions.
Must be 16 or older to go to the hotels with an adult.
