Location: The MOAM (Middletown’s Open Air Market) is located halfway between Dayton and Cincinnati in downtown Middletown, Ohio. Located across the field from Gravel Road Brewing Co. and nestled behind the shops and restaurants along our historic Main Street, the MOAM sits in the DORA district, offering a quaint experience for market shoppers. They are able to grab a beverage (adult or otherwise) and come sip-and-shop a variety of vendors during market events while also taking in a game of cornhole or giant Jenga with friends or family. We are both pet-friendly and family-friendly. (For GPS, use 916 1st Ave, Middletown, OH)

For 2026, we are open with market events every Second Sunday April through September, and we have special events on the following Saturdays: 6/6, 6/20, 8/1, 9/26, and 10/10.
