Master Class: Landscape Painting

Help celebrate the 25th anniversary of the The View by joining noted Dayton area artist, Jean Koeller for painting in plein air in the parks and wooded areas of Kettering. Plein air is “open air,” meaning that students will be painting outside with the elements and experience of nature all around. Students will paint from observation, making small paintings using a suggested palette. Students will address issues of light, color and landscape form. All levels of painters are welcome, whether you are painting for the first time or have experience and want to further your growth. Class is Monday, June 3- 17, from 9:00- 11:30am, $60/resident; $65/non-resident. If you have any questions or would like to sign up for this class, please call us at 937-296-0294.
