Wheel Throwing Level 4

When: September 29-November 3rd, 2026

Time: Tuesdays 6:30-9:00pm

Cost: $250

Ages: 18+

Designed for the confident wheel potter to level up their wheel throwing. This advanced class will cover how to make sets, throw taller and tricks to create more complex forms. Class will spend 4 weeks of throwing with assigned project demos each week, 2 weeks of finishing and glazing.

All 6 week classes include: use of tools, 25 lbs. of clay, bisque and cone 10 reduction firing, and open studio time to practice, alternating Saturday or Sunday (11am-5pm) throughout the 6 weeks of class. Available open studio dates will be published on the JBCP website calendar. All students are expected to follow studio policies as outlined in class and posted in the studio. Students will also have the option to purchase additional clay if needed.

All JBCP classes have a minimum enrollment that must be met for the class to hold.
