Pitch AM is a morning pitch series designed to provide Dayton startups with a valuable opportunity to connect their founders with what they need most in the early stages of development, like feedback, strategic partners, mentors, and employees. Two new ventures will pitch their business plans and discuss current needs for 10 minutes each, followed by a five-minute Q&A with the audience.

We will explore the differences between Sole Proprietorship or Partnership and S Corp or C Corp. In addition we will explore employees versus contractors.
