Group Meditation & Chakra Cleansing Experience
Weekly on Thursday evenings from 7:15 -8:45 pm
This 7-week healing intensive combines mindfulness, meditation, sound healing and energy work along with creative and fun new ways to incorporate spiritual discipline into your life.
Each week we will focus on one of the seven chakras. You will receive education, guided meditations and experience art and sound therapy as you open, clear and reset yourself.
As you incorporate these new spiritual disciplines into your life, you will begin to discover and open up to your gifts, talents and purpose. This commitment of self-care is guaranteed to touch all areas of your life, your health and your abundance- creating healing, renewal and restoring the balance you deserve!
You don't have to commit to all 7 classes- you can come on a drop in basis or come to the ones you are able to attend!
