Counting Crows at The Rose: Somewhere Under Wonderland Tour

Counting Crows are following up their critically-acclaimed seventh album, Somewhere Under Wonderland, with the US leg of their 2015 worldwide tour after the band returns from sold-out shows throughout Europe, Australia, and Canada. The multiplatinum band will begin the domestic run of the Somewhere Under Wonderland tour in Miami, FL on July 30 and will include a stop in Huber Heights, OH at Rose Music Center on Tuesday, September 8 at 7:00pm. Joining as the tour’s special guests will be Citizen Cope, known for his trademark mix of soul, folk, and R&B during his commanding live shows, and Outlaw Road Show favorites Hollis Brown.
“We had a blast last summer playing Somewhere Under Wonderland for US audiences before the record was even released. I cannot wait to finally play all these songs in America now that the album is out,” said Adam Duritz.
Recognized as one of the most dynamic live bands performing today, they will be performing songs from the 2014 Top 10 album, which critics have been claiming as the “band’s best”, as well as their extensive catalog. USA Today called Somewhere Under Wonderland “one of their stronger works,” with Consequence of Sound comparing it to “a colorful and emotionally rich palette of sounds that combines past recording styles, flavors from covers album Underwater Sunshine, and the spontaneous spirit of their live performances.”
