Sneak Peek to Restaurant Week returns Jan 18
After a 3 year hiatus, the Miami Valley Restaurant Association has announced the "Sneak Peek" to Winter Restaurant Week is back! The hugely popular foodie event will be held on January 18, 2023, at The Steam Plant, a beautifully renovated former DP&L power generating plant in downtown Dayton.
Restaurant Week, which will run from January 22 - 29, 2023, is expected to include more than 30 of the Dayton area's top local restaurants.
Amy Zahora, executive director of the Miami Valley Restaurant Association (MVRA), says the Sneak Peek is your opportunity to sample some of the exciting dishes and fancy flavors that will be on the menus during Restaurant Week.
"The Sneak Peek is popular because it’s a way to sample different menus at a lower price point.", Zahora said. "This event consistently sells out though, so be sure to snag your ticket early!"
Participating restaurants include the Amber Rose (Dayton), Backwater Voodoo (Miamisburg), The Bar and Bistro (Dayton), Calypso Grill and Smokehouse (Yellow Springs), Coco's Bistro (Dayton), The Last Queen (Enon), Loose Ends Brewing (Dayton), Meadowlark Restaurant (Centerville), Smith's Boathouse Restaurant (Troy), and Wheat Penny Oven and Bar (Dayton). General admission tickets to the Sneak Peek, which includes small bites from all the participating restaurants, can be reserved online now for $35. There are a limited number of VIP tickets also available, which will get you early admission to the event, plus a complimentary drink ticket.
