A few ways that the community can help support the Dayton Chapter of A Special Wish Foundation.

GivingTuesday with Special Wish!

Join the movement & give back

Tomorrow, November 30, is GivingTuesday 2021. GivingTuesday is an opportunity for people around the world to come together to thank, help, give, show kindness, and share what they have with those in need. When so much attention is given to what divides us, generosity brings people together. People can show their generosity in a variety of ways during GivingTuesday??—whether it’s helping a neighbor, advocating for an issue, sharing a skill, or giving to causes—everyone has something to give and every act of generosity counts.

We wanted to share a few ways that the community can help support the Dayton Chapter of A Special Wish Foundation. We would love to have you join us!

Donating is not the only way that you can directly help the nonprofits you support. 55% of people who engage with nonprofits on social media end up taking some sort of action (Global Trends in Giving Report). Spreading our mission is a very important part of what we do, because it truly would not be possible without generous members of the community coming together. We are asking our supporters to take action and invite your friends to like us on Facebook, create Facebook fundraisers, or simply share a story about how A Special Wish Foundation has helped you or someone you know. Facebook will be matching up to $8 million in donations on GivingTuesday.

No matter how you decide to give back on GivingTuesday, we are grateful to each and every one of you.
