CI Beaver Park is located in the Knollwood area of the City, just off of Dayton-Xenia Road. The main entrance to the park is located at 3696 Highmont St.. There is some playground equipment available, and the single trail that runs through the park along the creek provides a scenic walk. A small basketball court is available.
