Tortilla Chips with Kiwi-Avocado Guacamole

Appetizers
Corn Cobb Salad
Fresh corn, egg, avocado, bacon, cheese and tomato, garnished with Los Angeles-style Green Goddess dressing

Tomato and Watermelon Salad
Mexican spices, fresh lime, queso fresco

Panzanella
Chunks of toasted sourdough bread tossed with local tomatoes, peppers, fennel, basil and capers, dressed with vinaigrette and garnished with shaved Parmesan

Main Courses
Red Chile-braised Pork Shoulder
Pan juices, black beans, steamed rice and Brauny’s special “pickle de gallo”

Sauteed Shrimp Adobo
fried tortilla cone, summer vegetable quinoa and charred jalapeno ranch

Vegetarian Cioppino
Seared tofu, grilled corn, shiitake mushrooms, fried zucchini, roasted red pepper broth

A blondie with the cinnamon/sugar flavors of Mexican churros, served with a scoop of ice cream and a drizzle of dulce de leche caramel
