1st Course:
Bruschetta- garlic tomatoes served with grilled sourdough bread. Garnished with EVOO, balsamic glaze, fresh basil, and parmesan cheese.
2nd Course- Pick one:
• Country style fried Pork Ribeye topped with a honey-chipotle BBQ sauce; served with smashed red-skin potatoes & southern style green bean (onions & bacon).
OR
• Marinated & grilled beef medallions with gulf shrimp on top of Sauteed gnocchi (it’s like a potato dumpling!) tossed with caramelized onions and mushrooms in a garlic cream sauce topped with arugula and Parmesan cheese.
3rd Course:
Peanut Butter Fudge with an Oreo crust topped with Chocolate Sauce, and whipped cream.
