It’s that time of year again when all things Fall are celebrated and enjoyed.  This year’s Italian Autumn Pumpkin Harvest Festival will be the best yet, or so planners and organizers hope.  Each of the festivals used to be separate, but bizarre happenings caused so many planners to quit, that this year the festivals were combined. Hopes are high, but things are already going awry.  What is behind the festival problems?  Who is the mysterious phantom haunting the events? And why is he here?
