In her new role at Towne, Angela will be assisting the Regional Vice President in overseeing daily operations at a portfolio of almost 1,800 apartment units in Greater Dayton. She will be training managers, working on community improvements, and overseeing advertising. Additionally, she will act as the liaison between the Community Managers and the Owners and Regional Vice President. Angela has been in the multi-family housing industry for 13 years, starting with Accounting and Bookkeeping at Centerville Park in West Carrollton. From there she became Assistant Manager and in 2008 was promoted to Community Manager of the 522 unit complex. When Towne took over management of Centerville Park in 2012 Angela stayed on as Manager and oversaw a three million dollar renovation with upgraded units, hallways, patios, decks, a playground, two models, a new clubhouse, and a new gym. Towne is very excited to watch the Dayton communities continue to improve and grow under her leadership.
