Remodeling Designs Wins 2014 Local Contractor of the Year Awards
The prestigious CotY (Contractor of the Year)TM Awards were presented to the Centerville-based design/build firm by the Miami Valley Chapter of the National Association of the Remodeling Industry (NARI) at their January 30 CotY Celebration Awards ceremony.
Remodeling Designs Wins 2014 Local Contractor of the Year Awards
Remodeling Designs, Inc. has won three Local CotY (Contractor of the Year)TM Awards for 2014 and one Regional CotY Award. The prestigious awards were presented to the Centerville-based design/build firm by the Miami Valley Chapter of the National Association of the Remodeling Industry (NARI) at their January 30 CotY Celebration Awards ceremony.
Given each year to NARI members who have demonstrated a high quality of design and superior craftsmanship in their remodeling projects, the CotY awards are highly coveted in the industry. This is the 18th year in a row Remodeling Designs has won the award.
Remodeling Designs received its three local CotY awards for:
- Residential Exterior Specialty – Outdoor Living Space, Kettering
- Residential Kitchen – $45,001-$60,000, Washington Township
- Residential Kitchen – $75,001-$100,000, Lebanon
Remodeling Designs also received a regional CotY award for:
"Winning the CotY awards is very exciting for us," said Christine Balsan, Sales Consultant with Remodeling Designs. "Our clients had some specific requests that our design team incorporated into each project. For the kitchens, both clients wanted more open space. And for the outdoor living space, we transformed a backyard into an entertainment area. All three clients were happy with the results."
Customer Sarah Manaresi of Washington Township agrees. "I would do it all over again," she said. "My husband and I felt comfortable right away that Remodeling Designs would design and build our kitchen the way we wanted. And they did; we're very pleased!"
