Decoy Art Studio Invites You To Get #Creative

Tabitha Guidone believes “Art comes from the heart”, and a look around the Decoy Art Studio is a testament to her belief. Guidone had a vision, of a place people could come to be creative and where she could encourage them to create and share their art.

Tabitha began planning for Decoy Art Studio in 2009; then with encouragement from her husband and parents she opened Decoy Art Studio in Beavercreek in March of 2012 and will soon celebrate her 3rd Anniversary!

Decoy Art hosts the Dayton area’s longest running painting party. “Spirited! Painting Parties” happen the 2nd Friday of the month. My favorite part is that you can choose from a large selection of images, or create a masterpiece as unique as you! Oh, and you get to pick your poison too, this party is BYOB (Bring Your Own Beverage) and limited to participants 21 and older.

Not to worry ~ Decoy Art has something for everyone, from seasoned artists looking to master their craft to those of us who “can’t draw stick people”! Both adult and kids classes and are offered in a variety of mediums: drawing, painting, clay, wheel pottery, painting on pottery or glass, jewelry making, and much more! The creative outlet also offers self-lead pottery, glass, and canvas painting at your convenience during open studio hours. Individual instruction is offered at every level.

Tabitha continues to learn as she teaches, and is pursuing her master’s degree in addition to running a successful business. She was recently named the Beavercreek Chamber of Commerce Young Professional of the Year and Decoy Art received a nomination for a 2015 BBB Eclipse Integrity Award, both well deserved.

The staff at Decoy is friendly, knowledgeable, and eager to help you create your very own masterpiece. So what are you waiting for? Pick a class and sign up or stop in and create independently during studio hours!
