The Little City Cooking School

The Little City Cooking School hosts intimate 6-8 student cooking classes in Oakwood. Enter from the back porch and step into an evening of learning and fun.

Jo developed her love of cooking while in college earning her Bachelor's degree in Education.  A native of Toronto Canada, she worked with a private events caterer and enjoyed continuing her education in the Culinary Arts at the Brown School of Cooking, Seneca College, Humber College, and in the USA ; Rouxbe School, and The Culinary Institute of America, New York.

October 1, 2014 Jo opened The Little City Cooking School where she hosts intimate 6 student cooking classes in the newly renovated cooking studio at  70 Wisteria Dr.  The classes are designed to give each guest, no matter what their cooking skill level, a great hands on learning experience.​ 

Private Events
For no extra charge, we  offer flexibility and the perfect venue for your next small gathering:

• We can accomodate 6-8 people.
• You can hold your meetings in our lounge 
• We have speakers available.
• A minimum of 5 seats must be purchased for a private event.
