Private Artist Studios at Rosewood Arts Center

Are you a practicing artist looking for a new space to create your artwork and want to become a part of a creative community? Well, you’re in luck! Rosewood Arts Center now has 3 newly renovated, private studio spaces available!

Private Studios are an important part of Rosewood’s mission to bring art to the community. Private Studio Artist’s at Rosewood have the unique opportunity of participating in Rosewood’s Holiday Arts Festival and being located in a cutting-edge art facility that is constantly bringing in new faces. Applications for private studios are accepted on a rolling basis and reviewed by the Rosewood Studio Committee as studio spaces become available. Please note that studios have a low vacancy rate and are in high demand. The Studio Committee reviews criteria that include demonstration of an active and serious practice, a commitment to the Kettering community, and professionalism. Tours of the private studio spaces are available by appointment for those who are interested in applying.

Studio spaces are $110/month for Kettering residents and $165/month for nonresidents. Proof of general liability insurance is required upon signing the Studio License Agreement. For more information about artist studio details, please contact the staff at Rosewood Arts Center at (937) 296-0294 or at rosewood@ketteringoh.org. Applications may be submitted via email or to Rosewood Arts Centre, City of Kettering, 2655 Olson Drive, Kettering, OH 45420.

Please note: Rosewood Arts Center is not currently accepting applications from any ceramic based artists for our private studios
