Community Health Centers of Greater Dayton (CHCGD) is a nonprofit organization founded in 2007 through a collaboration between local hospital systems and Public Health-Dayton & Montgomery County.
CHCGD was formed to improve access to high-quality, affordable primary health care in the region. While we are a relatively new company, we have the luxury of operating out of six well-established locations: Alex Central, Charles Drew, Corwin Nixon, East Dayton, Southview, and Victor Cassano Health Centers.
Our mission Statement: Improving lives by providing quality primary and preventive health care services to those in need, regardless of ability to pay.
