1st Course
Start with a cup of Peruvian Shrimp Chowder Soup or Watermelon, Cucumber and Feta Cheese Salad with Balsamic or Cuban Nachos-Plantain Chips with Shredded Beef and mild Peppers.
2nd Course- Entrée Tasting Buffet
Pescado Romesco-mild filet of white fish lightly dusted and topped with Almond and Paprika sauce
Carne Asada with Chimichurri-Flank steak thin sliced and topped with Argentine Pesto
Fiesta Chicken–grilled chicken tossed with seasonings in a touch of mild red and green peppers
Sides- Garbanzo Baked Beans, Mexican Tomato Rice & Stir-Fried Vegies
