Voices from the Holocaust
The 88th Air Base Wing and the Special Observance Committee, will host ‘Voices from the Holocaust’ March 29 at 10:00 a.m. at the National Museum of the U.S. Air Force, to give people an opportunity to hear from and interact with individuals who survived and were impacted by the Holocaust.
The event will feature guest speakers and holocaust survivors Ira Segalewitz and Renate Frydman, who will share their stories of survival and overcoming adversity.
Following the presentation, there will be a question and answer session.
‘Voices from the Holocaust’ is one of several events that will be held across the installation to raise awareness and educate about the Holocaust.
The event is free and open to the public and will last approximately two hours.
Seating is limited to the first 450 people who arrive. This event will be live streamed through the National Museum of the U.S. Air Force's Facebook page.
