Perspectives on the State of Israel

David Ze’ev Jablinowitz has interviewed seven consecutive Israeli prime ministers in his role as journalist covering Israeli history from 1981 to the present. He’ll share historical and current perspectives on the state of Israel during a public Brown Bag Lunch & Learn.
In 36 years at Kol Yisrael English Radio, David has covered the gamut of stories that have shaped where we are today: the Demjanjuk trial, the massive immigration of Ethiopian Jews, political and diplomatic upheavals, peace efforts, and terror attacks. Instead of just the news, David has shared stories of the real, regular people on the buses, in the markets, the streets of Jerusalem and Tel Aviv, and wherever stories come his way.
Says David: “Life in Israel can feel like a roller coaster. For me, covering the hard news and soft stories of this country has been quite a ride, and I hope I don’t have to get off anytime soon.”

His presentation is free and open to the public. Carry in lunch is encouraged. For more information, call (937) 463-2665.
