Murphy Theatre 100th Anniversary Week

This summer The Murphy Theatre will be celebrating their 100th anniversary. There will be a week filled with indoor and outdoor entertainment in the historic Murphy Theatre and downtown Wilmington. Main Street Wilmington has sponsored the first night of free entertainment featuring Over the Rhine, and it will be held under the beautiful marquee. Throughout the week additional programs and entertainment consist of cartoons for children, Bike Night, tours of the historic theatre and much more. The last night of celebrations, sponsored by the Clinton County Convention & Visitors Bureau, will include a variety of national acts, Jack Russell’s Great White, Firehouse, Dirty Deeds - AC/DC Tribute Band, Ultimate Ozzy and MC for the evening will be Goat from the TV show Full Throttle Saloon.
