The Black Mariah Story
The Black Mariah, named for its unusual flat black color, was one of six CH-3E helicopters used for CIA operations during the Vietnam War. The 20th Helicopter Squadron provided support for these top-secret operations in Laos, Cambodia, and North Vietnam. Jack Mecham solely planned and issued frag orders for the 20th missions, many of them in the Black Mariah. Join Jack as he shares the Black Mariah Story.
