Once a sprawling 19th-century envelope factory that supplied the entire U.S. government, this three-building complex has evolved into the region’s largest and most dynamic artist collective. Celebrating over 60 years as a cultural hub, the 225,000-square-foot campus now serves as a high-energy sanctuary for more than 150 resident artists, artisans, and entrepreneurs. From the fiery precision of glassblowing and custom woodworking to the delicate strokes of abstract painting and contemporary photography, the sheer variety of talent housed within these brick walls is unmatched in the Miami Valley.
