Effective Monday, August 9, Dayton Metro Library will require all staff, as well as patrons and visitors over the age of two, to wear a mask at all Branch locations.
We all know, COVID is far from over, and Dayton Metro Library wants to make sure everyone has the opportunity to connect to the resources they need to protect themselves, and others, especially our most vulnerable – young children and those who are medically compromised.
At this time (effective August 9. 2021), following current CDC guidelines, as well as City and Montgomery County mandates, DML is requiring that all staff, visitors, and patrons over the age of two wear a mask in all Library locations. Free disposable masks are available at our AskMe Desks.
