Brandy Skelton with Busy Bee Real Meals will be in our kitchen and showing you how to make a Honey Sriracha Turkey Meatball Lunch with Brown Rice and Honey Almond Energy Balls. Each participant will make 2 of each! Brandy is also going to discuss meal prep and tips and tricks to help us live our healthiest life!
