Dayton Foodies share their favorites at this casual hot spot in Springboro.
This spot revels in the “four Bs” – Burgers, Bacon, Brews and Bourbon. It also offers many craft beers in bottles and cans as well as a rotating tap of craft beer, in addition to various bourbons as wells as cocktails.
It’s a casual place with an outdoor patio, moderately priced burgers, and a beer selection that includes many local breweries including Warped Wing, Rhinegeist, and MadTree.
And it sticks with the goods: Offering a weekly specialty burger such as the Haus Burger, a beef patty topped with a fried egg, applewood bacon, and american cheese pressed between a grilled donut haus glazed donut, or sub in chicken or a mushroom altogether. It offers a lunch menu with meals starting at $8. It also offers appetizers, specialty sandwiches, wraps, salad, burgers, soups, and desserts.

Bacon Jam and Ricotta (Appetizer): House made bacon jam and garlic ricotta served on a crostini.
The Black and Blue: A fresh burger seasoned with cajun spices and topped with blue cheese crumbles, garlic aioli, and red onions on a brioche bun.
Fiesta Burger: This unique burger is topped with pico de gallo, guacamole, sour cream, and cilantro and is placed in a cheese quesadilla. A unique burger that will surprise your taste buds.
Bourbon Fire: This sandwich we decided to use chicken breast as our protein. It was topped with bourbon fire sauce, jalapeno bacon, pepper jack cheese, and fried jalapenos on a brioche bun. We are not going to lie….this sandwich lit us up!
Hula Burger: This is one of the tastiest burgers that we tried. It was topped with pineapple and coconut slaw on a brioche bun. The coconut slaw really enhances this juicy burger.
Evan's Mistress: This tasty drink consisted of muddled strawberries, evan williams bourbon, vanilla liqueur, and triple sec.
Bread Pudding: This tasty dessert was a part of the Warped Wing dinner and was made with nutella and a gelato made with Warped Wing Pirogue. This dessert is reason enough to attend of their beer and food pairings!
Pan Mac & Cheese: SG75’s take on this classic comfort food will not disappoint. Very creamy and cheesy and topped with bread crumbs. You can substitute this as a side for a small fee.
