OSU students know what Dayton needs
DAYTON, Ohio (WDTN) - OSU graduate students say they know how to jump start Downtown Dayton's economy.
"I think we're at a level where we need to incorporate bold strategies and use innovative concepts to attract attention to Dayton," said Mathius Dillon, OSU student.
One of the concepts is to move retired airplanes from the Air Force Museum and use them as centerpieces for a downtown playground.
