Dayton Philharmonic - Music of the Mad Men Era
Perfect scoring has been a hallmark of AMC’s hit series Mad Men, and so we couldn’t resist the opportunity to bring you this delightful show inspired by the music of the series. Conductor Steven Reineke leads the Dayton Philharmonic Orchestra with his swingin’ take on songs from the 50’s and 60’s made famous by the likes of Frank Sinatra and Dean Martin, like “Besame Mucho,” “Fly Me to the Moon,” “Feelin’ Good,” “Somethin’ Stupid” and “Moondance.” Lush arrangements and a sparkling performance make for an evening you’d have to be mad to miss.
