Kings Island will officially open its gates to the public on Saturday, May 15.
Kings Island amusement park will officially open its gates for the 2021 season on Saturday, May 15. A Gold and Platinum season passholder preview will happen the weekend prior on May 8 and 9.
Kings Island will continue to monitor the ever-changing conditions surrounding the pandemic, and implement preventive measures as recommended by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) as well as our own health and hygiene protocols.
Visitors are advised to check visitkingsisland.com for updates on requirements, policies and safety protocols for the 2021 season, as those guidelines may be revised prior to opening day.
Soak City Water Park will open on Saturday, May 29 (Memorial Day Weekend).
All guests are asked to download Kings Island’s free mobile app to make a reservation and facilitate their park visit. As a reminder, all 2020 Season Passes have been extended to through 2021.
