Stargazing

Come explore the wilderness above Bellbrook using local amateur astronomers’ telescopes on this warm Saturday evening! Saturn and Jupiter will be visible along with Sagittarius in the South. We can take a peek at the Lagoon nebula and star clusters! The bright, just past full Moon rises late which may give us the chance to see some late arriving Perseid meteors as well!  No registration required.

Ages: For all ages (children must be with an adult)

Stargazing is taking place at Washington Mill Park, which is located at 3311 Washington Mill Road in Bellbrook. Washington Mill Park - Washington Mill Park is a 35 acre facility with numerous lacrosse and soccer fields, a picnic shelter, picnic tables and a BBQ grill, located on Washington Mill Road east of State Route 725.
