Introducing...Esther Kadash & Lorie Groll and Fused Glass

Virtually join the DSA for a fused glass workshop over Zoom! Meet instructors, Esther Kadash and Lorie Groll to learn about their glass art practice. In the workshop you'll learn how to create a fused glass flower or garden stake. Follow along and use the kit included in registration, return your finished piece and tools to the DSA and pick up your finished, fused piece by December 12.

Registration is limited. Registration is only $5 thanks to an MCACD Special Projects Grant! (If the $5 is cost prohibitive, e-mail director@daytondsa.org or call 937-228-4532 for free registration!)
Kit Includes
- Introduction to working with Glass
- Various Pieces of Glass (extra will need to be returned)
- Glass Cutter and other tools (will need to be returned)
- Glue and Alcohol
- Toothpicks

Esther Kadash is a longtime artist and art educator. She and Lorie Groll run a fused glass studio located at the Front Street Buildings . GlazzART Studio offers "glass making parties," basic glass fusion classes, and studio time. You can find more at glazzartstudio.com
Introducing...
The purpose of the workshop series, Introducing..., is to acquaint DSA members and the community to different mediums and methods in the visual arts. In conjunction, the attendees will get to know the instructing artist, their background, and tips and tricks of their trade.
