West Carrollton’s New City Manager Amber Holloway
Ms. Amber Holloway enrolled in the Master of Public Administration program at Wright State University with the vision of becoming a city manager. She was a city planner for Vandalia and was promoted to assistant city manager during her second year as a graduate student at Wright State. She managed planning, communications, and information technology in addition to the economic and development functions. She also secured more than $1.5 million in grant funds to support business attraction and expansion.
