Now Hiring Home Health Aides
• Understands and adheres to established Agency policies and procedures.
• Performs persona care and bath as ordered.
• Completes appropriate visit records in a timely manner and per Agency policy.
• Reports changes in the patient?s condition and needs to the RN.
• Performs household services essential to health care in the home as assigned.
• Ambulates and exercises the patient as assigned.
• Performs simple procedures as an extension of the therapy services e.g. exercises as assigned.
• Assist with medications that are ordinarily self-administered as assigned.
• Attends in-service and continuing education programs as scheduled and necessary.
• Attend patient care conferences as scheduled.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Valid Driver’s License
• Current Proof of auto insurance (state minimum)
• 18 years or older
• FBI and or BCI Background Check (5123:2-1-05.1 ORC)
• Negative TB Test Results
• CPR and First Aid Training (5123:2-2-.1 ORC)
• Home Health Care Certification
• Any other trainings deemed necessary by Rescue91 Healthcare Services Understands and adheres to established Agency policies and procedures.
