Salon Noir Mobile to host Cut-a-Thon at Clash Dayton’s 10-Year Bash

This Friday 5-9pm, Saturday 11am-9 pm and Sunday 11-4pm Clash Dayton will be hosting their epic 10-year anniversary at its iconic 5th Street boutique. The event will feature a number of unique vendors and guests, including local author Astrea Taylor. The Aurora Fire Dancers will be there, as well as husband-and-wife woodworking team Chop Local.

Guests can also participate in a DECADES costume contest. The rules are simple: wear clothing from your favorite decade or era, snap a pic, and enter to win Clash Cash. Photos will be taken.

Amidst all the celebration and fun, Salon Noir Mobile will be hosting a cut-a-thon benefiting Jeri Paquette St. Clair, a Daytonian fighting breast cancer. Clash owner; Mary Kathryn Burnside was diagnosed as well this past January and is still undergoing treatment. During this time the Dayton community has shown her generous support which made her want to give back as well.

This cause is close to Salon Noir Owner; Amber Bromer’s heart as well. Her mother fought and won her battle with breast cancer over the last two years.

That same sense of community comes to life again with Salon Noir Mobile’s cut-a-thon, which will donate all income from haircuts that day. On-site services will include just dry haircuts to be able to fit in as many as possible with a recommended donation amount of $40 or more. Haircuts start at 11am until 4pm.

Salon Noir Mobile has a host of events in the Dayton area throughout the Fall, including The Beauty Boost Dayton’s Hocus Pocus Fall Festival at Star City Brewing on October 20, and Vintage Market Days in Xenia Halloween Weekend.
