House made Pita with Za’tar and Olive Oil – Simple Life Chardonnay
Our organic whole wheat pita bread grilled and sprinkled with Middle Eastern za’tar seasoning and a drizzle of fruity olive oil. Served with a crisp chardonnay
Snow Crab Salpicón on Avocado– Castlefeder Lahn
Salpicón is a cross between a salsa and vinaigrette done here with wild Canadian snow crab, fresh tomatoes, cucumber, radish, red bell peppers, serrano chiles, lime juice and cilantro. Served on half an avocado with a sweet Reisling style Lahn.
Roasted Root and Mozzarella Antipasto– Zorzal Malbec
Parsnips, carrots and turnips sliced and roasted to caramelized perfection. Layered with fresh mozzarella cheese and finished with fresh basil, mint, lemon juice and olive oil. Served with light bodied Malbec
Peach and Aperol Glazed Pork Belly with Cheesy Polenta– Aperol Spritz
Local pork belly is slow roasted and seared until crispy. Finished with a glaze of our house made peach jam and Aperol a delicious aperitif made with blood orange, rhubarb and other fragrant ingredients. Served on a bed of aged cheddar infused Ohio grown polenta with a cocktail of aperol, prosecco and orange.
Chocolate Flourless Hazelnut Torte with Strawberry Gastrique – Irish Coffee or Prosecco
Our decadent chocolate torte made with organic chocolate, Frangelico, ground hazelnuts and Amish butter topped with local Snowville whipped cream and a drizzle of sweet and acidic strawberry sauce, Served with your choice of coffee, Irish coffee or a glass of bubbly.
