Oyster Fest at Lily's Bistro
Escape to the ocean shores this winter as Lily’s Bistro hosts the return of Oyster Fest from Tuesday, January 14 through Saturday, January 18.
“As a former New Orleanian, I have a special fondness for oysters and miss oyster happy hour with friends.” said owner Emily Mendenhall. “We've been so excited with the response to Oyster Fest, we can't wait to bring it back.”
Highlights from Oyster Fest include daily $2/oyster on the half shell, oyster shooters from the bar, fried oysters, and other special preparations of oysters available nightly during dinner service.
“All oysters come in fresh each day so we do expect to sell out of the available oysters on the half shell each night,” Mendenhall said. “Earlier reservations are encouraged, but we’ll have plenty of delicious oyster dishes no matter when you can make it.”
“Additionally, we’ll also have some specially-priced bottles of champagne throughout the week, because oysters and champagne is such an iconic pairing,” she said.
