Grilled chioggia beets with fresh cucumber, caper, celery, and shallot relish tossed in lemon oil (GF)

2nd (choose one)
-Patchwork farms winter squash bisque with parsley oil and pepitas (GF)
-Local lettuce salad with candied pistachios, and fried brie croutons tossed in strawberry-prosecco vinaigrette (*GF)
-House pressed pork terrine with rum soaked figs, landes meats bacon jam, french dijon, pickled chayote squash, and crostinis

3rd (choose one)
-Seared scallop with sofrito oil, citrus reduction, pink peppercorns, and pea shoot tendrils (GF)
-Spaghetti squash fritter with saffron aioli
-Wagyu beef and local bacon meatballs with polenta and red wine demi-glace

4th (choose one)
-Rabbit quarter confit with roasted carrots and mole sauce (GF)
-Pan seared Bronzino with spinach and new potato gratin, topped with fresh herb salsa verde (GF)
-Basil tagliatelle pasta with roasted beets, caramelized leek and fennel in a rich cream sauce

5th (choose one)
-Rose and strawberry cheesecake with dark chocolate dipped long-stemmed strawberry
-Duo of chocolate and raspberry mousse
