THE MEXICAN STREET CORN BURGER
First of the season sweet corn is arriving, and here is a burger that celebrates it! Roasted corn is tossed with grilled peppers and onions, cilantro and mayo, then we pile it on a charred beef patty and garnish with queso fresco, sliced tomato, lettuce and crushed tortilla chips for crunch. Made to go with an ice cold Budweiser!
