Experience the amazing benefits of breathing along with gentle movement and mental focus. Western medicine calls Tai Chi “Meditation in Motion,” and its health benefits are well researched. Judy Wilson will introduce you to gentle movements and breathing practices for stress reduction and relaxation. You’ll also have the opportunity to watch student demonstrations of Tai Chi Easy.™
