Whirled Top Festival
Years ago people talked about how nice it would be to have a historic activity in our historic downtown. Spinning tops has been going on for centuries and we have found ways to take this to new levels. We have children battle tops like in playgrounds 50 years ago. We have adults who do amazing tricks and spin gigantic tops.
