Ritual Medicine Series: Cultivate The Leader Within
Monday May 15th - Friday May 19th
9a-6pm for 5 days
What is it to be a leader, a guide, a torch bearer? How does one consciously and sacredly create a container for lost souls to find their way home? How do you hear (and trust) the intuitive knowledge that is required to carefully curate a divine and inspired gathering?
Let us help you find your way.
Sam Spychalla and Sarah Monroe, co-creatrixes of the Temple of the Rebel Goddess, will take you on a week-long journey to understand, develop and structure your own gatherings in the most auspicious ways.
In this leadership training, you will:
-Learn to host and facilitate a community circle and/or ritual
-Clarify your own facilitator style, find your voice and clarify your particular set of sacred gifts
-Discover creative ways to engage participants and assist their unique unfolding
-Gain hands-on experience to steward the transition of energy needed to maintain a dynamic and effective public offering
-Deep dive into creating ceremony and embodied practices
-Develop your personal approach to circle casting & spell creation
-Remove the fear of imperfection in your teaching, strengthen your improv response, and trust your inner leader
-Create art, play, dance, share story
-Practice responding with grace when navigating some of the unexpected surprises that may arise in community circles
-Connect with other like-minded folks on similar paths
*Option to utilize the Temple for a single future private circle, included with tuition
This training is crafted to understand and develop a community practice as a circle holder and community leader, but the elements can also be utilized in your personal or private practice as well.
